Faculty information note

The primary goal of the faculty members and staff of the Faculty of Management and Economic Law is the preparing of highly qualified specialists. The educational process at the faculty is conducted in accordance with the curricula and study plans approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan and the University Academic Council. Instruction at the faculty is offered in full-time programs, as well as through second higher education and distance learning programs.

 The faculty’s structure comprises the Dean, the Academic Council, the Scientific and Methodological Council, three departments, academic advisors for teaching and student affairs, the Deputy Dean for Research and International Relations, a youth organization, the Council of Women and Girls, and the faculty’s union committee. The faculty is equipped with two computer laboratories and ten electronic boards, which provide an optimal environment for conducting classes using modern educational technologies.

 Currently, the faculty comprises the Departments of Management, Economic and Financial Law, Administrative Law, and Anti-Corruption Studies, which provide training for specialists across various sectors of the national economy in the following fields and specialties:

 The faculty has a total staff of 36 members, including 3 Doctors of Science, 15 Candidates of Science and Associate Professors, and the remaining senior lecturers and assistants, who are actively engaged in teaching, research, and methodological activities. The faculty pay special extention on the training of scientific personnel. Each year, the results of faculty members’ research are published in the form of monographs, textbooks, and scientific collections.

Student research activities are organized in accordance with the work plan of the student scientific club. These clubs operate within each department and hold meetings once a month.

Specialty 1–26020200 – Management

This specialty prepares specialists in the field of management, including managers of production enterprises, analysts of domestic and international markets, consultants in enterprise and organizational management, employees of ministries and agencies involved in management policy and production, representatives of commercial organizations, as well as marketing and communications specialists.

 Specialty 1-26020208 – Investment Management

The “Investment Management” specialty prepares specialists in investment management, including financial market managers, logistics managers, financial group managers, investment portfolio development managers, consultants on direct and indirect investments, strategic planners, and financial market analytics.

 Specialty 1-26020225 – Digital Project Management

This specialty prepares specialists in the field of digital project management, including digital managers, financial group managers, digital finance managers, consultants on direct and indirect investments, strategic planners, and project market analytics.

 Specialty 1–24010302 – Legal Regulation of Finance and Credit

The “Legal Regulation of Finance and Credit” specialty prepares specialists in financial management, monetary and securities transactions, stock exchange law, as well as financial and legal professionals for work in the banking sector and other small financial and credit organizations.

 Specialty 1-24010300 – Economic Law

The “Economic Law” specialty prepares legal specialists in the field of economics, including lawyers for entrepreneurial and service activities, auditors, as well as legal professionals for the judicial system, including economic courts.

 Specialty 1-24010204 – Legal Regulation of Taxation and Banking

This specialty prepares specialists in taxation, banking, and credit and corporate organizations, as well as professionals for work in small, medium, and large businesses.

 Specialty 1-260102 – Public Administration and Law

This specialty prepares specialists with up-to-date knowledge in the fields of public administration and law, analytical thinking skills, and the ability to make legally sound decisions.

 Specialty 1-96010101 – Legal Support of Customs Activities

The “Legal Support of Customs Activities” specialty prepares specialists in the field of customs services, that is, legal professionals working in customs law and the operations of customs authorities.

 Specialty 1-24010221 – Legal Regulation of Anti-Corruption

This specialty is a specialized program in the field of law and public administration, preparing professionals to prevent, detect, investigate, and legally regulate manifestations of corruption within the system of public governance.

After completing the aforementioned specialties, graduates can work in the following sectors of the national economy:
