Information for International Applicants

Tajik State University of Finance and Economics (TSUFE) is one of the leading higher education institutions in the country and has a strong educational and academic foundation. TSUFE has 6 main academic buildings, 4 auxiliary buildings, 3 sports halls and an assembly hall, a library, 2 student dormitories, 3 modern canteens, 2 modern sports grounds, and other necessary facilities.

TSUFE provides 5,200 classroom places in a single shift and has more than 10,000 students. More than 402 professors and teaching staff are engaged in educational and research activities at the University, including 20 Doctors of Sciences and 127 Candidates of Sciences in various fields.

The founder of TSUFE is the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.

TSUFE trains professional specialists at three educational levels: Bachelor’s degree (47 specialties), Master’s degree (13 specialties), and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) by specialty (7 specialties). Education at the University is conducted in three languages: Tajik, Russian, and English.

The University has 7 faculties: Accounting and Statistics; Economics and Public Administration; Management and Economic Law; Digital Economy and Innovative Technologies; Finance and Credit; International Economic Relations; and Customs Activities and Economic Security.

The University’s dormitories provide 1,100 places for students and master’s students from remote regions. All necessary living and study conditions are provided in the dormitories. Students have access to the Internet, a library, an electronic library, hot water, television, a sports hall, and other necessary residential facilities.

The University has established the necessary infrastructure to support a healthy lifestyle. Sports sections operate continuously in all University buildings and sports halls.

Currently, 153 international students from the Russian Federation, the Federal Republic of Germany, the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Türkiye, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan are studying at different educational levels at the University.
