On May 8, 2025, in honor of the 80th anniversary of Victory over Hitler’s fascism, the Rector of the Tajik State University of Finance and Economics, Bobojon Abdudzhabbor Sattorzoda, visited veterans of the Great Patriotic War.

During the visit, the rector and the accompanying delegation recalled the heroism of the worthy sons of the Tajik people who fought against the fascist forces and honorably defended their homeland. Their feats were called the highest example of true patriotism.

Bobojon Sattorzoda noted that the selflessness of the celebrated sons of the Tajik people in defending the homeland and national honor is a vivid manifestation of the sense of self-awareness.

In this regard, the university leadership decided to regularly organize visits to veterans of the Great Patriotic War and home front workers in the future.
